Administrative Assistant Role

As our new Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily financial and administrative operations of the organization. This includes:
* Issuing and controlling domestic and international invoices
* Managing accounts payable and receivable efficiently
* Monitoring and maintaining client and supplier contracts accurately
* Supporting routine administrative tasks
* Collaborating with internal teams and interfacing with external partners effectively
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
* Prior experience in financial and administrative routines
* Fluent English language skills (mandatory)
* Knowledge of management tools such as ERP, spreadsheets, and reports
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Operations: Managing invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
