This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, hardware support, and smart hands activities in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Providedesk-side support & PC break/fix services Troubleshoothardware, software, and OS issues Install and supportdesktops, laptops, printers & peripherals Performdesktop imaging & application installation ResolveOutlook and email-related issues Supportconference room setups and AV equipment Deliversmart hands supportfor networking and IT hardware Troubleshootnetwork connectivity & cabling issues Work onincident management, problem management & root cause analysis Manage and update tickets via tools likeServiceNow / RemedyTechnical Skills Required:Strong experience inIT infrastructure field support (3–5 years) Knowledge ofTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP Basic understanding ofLAN/WAN environments Experience withrouters, switches, firewalls & network devices Familiarity withWindows OS / Mac / Linux (preferred) Hands-on experience withprinters & peripheral troubleshootingMust-Have Skills Desktop Imaging Application Installation & Support Outlook Troubleshooting Printer Support Conference Room Management Ticketing Tools KnowledgeNon-Technical Skills Strongcommunication & customer handling skills Ability to workindependently and in a team Proactive, result-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesLanguage Requirement Bilingual – English & Portuguese (Mandatory)Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Electronics or related field CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred) OEM Certifications (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) are a plus
