Key Role: Product Development Lead
We are seeking a driven professional to take charge of implementing Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
* The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable features.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
2. Write comprehensive epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
3. Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
4. Support integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and ensure data governance best practices.
5. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely, value-driven delivery.
Requirements:
* At least 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing tech or CRM.
* A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is an asset.

* Develop a comprehensive product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence.
