Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media content strategies, creating engaging copy, and managing workflows to ensure efficient content distribution.
* This role involves listening to internal podcast episodes, extracting core insights, and developing multi-format content strategies (reels, carousels, blog posts, etc.).
* The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
* A sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices is also essential.
* Solid marketing operations background; building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows is a must.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
* Experience managing social media calendars and repurposing frameworks is desirable.
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Descript, and Metricool or similar is beneficial.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in content marketing and creator-led brands is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing a multi-format content strategy based on internal podcast episodes.
2. Creating high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets.
3. Building and maintaining SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
4. Collaborating with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
5. Tracking performance of content and continuously optimizing distribution based on insights.
