The Role
As a Virtual Interior Designer, you will create visually appealing room scenes for 3D product visualization. You'll work closely with the 3D rendering team to style and position products in ways that resonate with brand identity, current trends, and customer lifestyles.
This role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, market awareness, and the ability to translate brand essence into powerful interior concepts.
* Direct styling and art direction for furniture renders and room scenes.
* Develop styling concepts reflecting the brand's identity and target audience.
* Collaborate with 3D artists to bring concepts to life with accuracy and visual impact.
* Research emerging interior trends to keep visuals modern and relevant.
* Select furniture pairings, color palettes, and décor elements to create balanced room settings.
* Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure renders meet styling and brand standards.
* Work with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
* Incorporate AI-powered tools into your workflow.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in interior design, styling, or creative direction (ecommerce focus preferred).
* Strong knowledge of interior trends, design aesthetics, and consumer preferences in North America.
* Proven ability to create mood boards, style guides, and visual concepts.
* Experience collaborating with 3D rendering teams or digital visualization workflows.
* Excellent communication and feedback skills, with fluency in English.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* AI-first mindset: openness to integrating AI tools for concepting or visual enhancements.
* Comfort working remotely and across multiple time zones.
