We are currently looking for an ERP/SAP Change Manager to join a project with one of our international end clients in Brazil.

Duration: 6+ months
Location: Hybrid – remote with flexibility to travel to Santa Catarina Brazil
Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a unified change management strategy across the IT ecosystem.
Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.
Deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.
Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.
Measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
Coach leaders and influencers to serve as change agents and culture champions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field.
Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology.
Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred).
Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills across diverse and global teams.
Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
