We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – SAP / Supply Chain to lead and deliver SAP Supply Chain programs and projects in complex, global environments.
This role requires strong experience managing SAP initiatives (ECC and S/4HANA), coordinating cross‑functional and multicultural teams, and driving end‑to‑end delivery across Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and ERP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead SAP Supply Chain projects and programs (ECC and S/4HANA) from initiation to closure.
* Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality across multiple workstreams.
* Coordinate global, cross‑functional teams (IT, business, vendors, and integrators).
* Drive delivery of SAP initiatives across Supply Chain domains (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing).
* Act as main interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
* Apply project governance, PMO standards, and delivery methodologies.
* Support SAP S/4HANA assessments, upgrades, rollouts, and transformations.
* Manage dependencies across SAP and non‑SAP systems (Oracle, legacy platforms, integrations).
* Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
* Ensure executive‑level communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
* Contribute to portfolio management, roadmap definition, and prioritization.
* Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
* Solid experience in IT Project Management, with strong focus on SAP.
* Proven experience managing SAP Supply Chain projects/programs.
* Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
* Experience working with global / multi‑country teams.
* Strong knowledge of project management best practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
* Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and offshore teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English (mandatory);
Portuguese required;
Spanish is a plus.
Certifications (Required or Preferred)
* PMP® (mandatory or strong plus)
* PMI‑ACP®, CSM®, ITIL® (nice to have)
* SAP project or program management experience highly valued
Nice to Have
* Experience as SAP Program Manager or Portfolio Lead.
* Exposure to Supply Chain processes (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning).
* Experience with S/4HANA transformation programs.
* Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, agribusiness, or industrial sectors.
* PMO setup or governance model implementation experience.
