Talent Development Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Talent Development Specialist to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience driving the development of Learning and Development initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment. They will be experienced in leveraging Learning Management Systems, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools to deliver impactful learning experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable business results for our internal customers. They will also serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling learning experiences
* Design and develop engaging asynchronous learning content using multimedia-rich tools like Articulate
* Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment
* Experienced in leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools
