Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our application software development projects.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in Agile Scrum environments, with prior hands-on development or coding experience and a proven track record of managing teams.
* Fluent English is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience is necessary.
* Proven ability to manage teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
* Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Experience in managing project deliverables and overseeing all phases of the SDLC.
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
