This role is a professional opportunity to work with distributed teams and lead Agile projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
In this position, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensure alignment with Agile principles, support one Scrum team and partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance. You will also assist in the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, identify impediments impacting team progress, foster a culture of continuous improvement and work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
