Job Title: Senior .NET Developer
**About the Role:**
We're seeking an accomplished .NET Core 8/C# professional with extensive experience in software development and production support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of debugging complex code, leveraging Visual Studio, and utilizing advanced observability tools like New Relic APM and CloudWatch Logs Insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leverage strong knowledge of .NET Core 8 (and recent versions) and C# to develop and maintain scalable applications.
* Apply methodical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex high-traffic applications.
* Design and implement efficient testing strategies using Postman for APIs and simulating payloads.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
Mandatory:
1. Development and Production Support Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting software applications.
2. .NET Core 8/C#: Proven ability to read, understand, and debug code written in .NET Core 8 (or recent versions like .NET 6/7) and C#.
3. Visual Studio Proficiency: Strong familiarity with the Visual Studio IDE for debugging, navigating, and inspecting code.
4. Advanced Observability Tools: Experience using New Relic APM for application monitoring and proficiency in writing complex NRQL queries, as well as expertise in analyzing logs via CloudWatch Logs Insights for diagnostics.
Nice to Have:
1. AWS Services: Familiarity with core Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including AWS Lambda and EC2 for compute, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and S3 for data and messaging.
2. Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of protocols and common request routing and integration patterns.
