Delivery Director
Oversee project delivery to key customers across multiple technologies by collaborating with technology teams, fostering a culture of productivity and collaboration. Regularly update customer stakeholders through business reviews, conduct strategic sessions and quarterly reviews to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E nsure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget.
2. Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand project scope and document it according to established standards.
3. Manage and lead cross-functional teams across technologies, adopting collaborative environments.
4. Conduct strategic review meetings with customers and management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
