How You’ll Make an Impact as a Market Lead:
Responsible for all aspects of the client experience, ensuring profitable growth and continuous improvement of delivery processes. Works closely with the Market Manager to drive sales, train recruiters, and support branch operations.
Results & Strategy
Grow revenue, create strategies to drive account growth, build relationships with clients, and support market performance.
Client & Candidate
Expand relationships within clients, drive loyalty, and serve as the point of escalation for client satisfaction risks.
Thought Leadership
Be a subject matter expert on client industries, offering tailored workforce solutions through collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years in recruiting or account management
* 2+ years in sales selling solutions or in a related service industry
* Strong sales skills with proven performance in competitive environments
Nice to Have
* Industry knowledge, especially in staffing, light industrial, or clerical sectors
