Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Customer Success and Engagement: Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for users, provide guidance to help customers unlock the full potential of solutions, maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts, develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned territory, conduct prospecting activities including calls, emails, and presentations.
* Strategic Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions, support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events, represent at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM, provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
