We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive high-quality, predictable delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise, can effectively coach cross-functional teams.

1. Foster a culture of psychological safety and accountability among team members to achieve successful project outcomes.
2. Delete blockers that hinder the development process by addressing dependencies with integrations, OMS systems, payments and other technical components.
