About the Role
Recruitment Requirements:
Responsibilities
* Responsible for market development, customer development maintenance and sales management.
* Responsible for product publicity, promotion and sales in the region, and complete the sales target.
* Make your own sales plan, visit customers and develop new customers as planned.
* Collect and find customer information, and establish customer files.
* Well management of sales contract signing, implementation, and with good coordination and deal with various market issues.
* Have good teamwork spirit, and effectively use internal and external resources to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
* Education Level: College or above
* Major: Food science, Biology, Chemistry, Sales & Marketing etc.
Required Skills
* At least 3 years and above sales experiences in food ingredients or food additives industry, working experience in hydrocolloid industry is preferred.
* Be familiar with the application technology of hydrocolloid, and have the ability to develop project with customer by using carrageenan, agar, konjac gum and blended solutions.
* Language: The language of this country, English fluency is required, Chinese communicator is preferred.
* Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
* Good commercial negotiation ability.

* Experience in hydrocolloid related industries.
* Strong teamwork spirit.
