Job Description This is a full-time, remote position for a MICE travel agent specialising in Brazil. Contract terms: B2B - you have to be an active company in Brazil (CNPJ). Responsibilities include New client research and sales Presenting the company's offer to customers, liaising with clients and assisting them in every step of their Brazilian travel experience, which we provide for them. Planning, coordinating, and managing travel for corporate clients, with a particular emphasis on organising meetings and incentive travel. Creating inquiries and offers, and managing offers and reservations in our booking system (training provided). Creating website content and social media posts (Instagram). Representing the company at travel-related trade shows and events. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, creating offers & itineraries, negotiating with suppliers, managing travel documentation, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The agent will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalised, high-quality services while maintaining strong relationships with partners and suppliers. Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English Excellent communication skills, proactivity, patience, customer relationship management, and the ability to negotiate with clients in English Organisational and project management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of the tourism industry, particularly the Brazilian market, with a particular focus on MICE offerings Willingness and ease of learning online travel booking software and tools Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting Brazil as a tourist destination Knowledge of global geography, particularly the geography of Brazil Good Portuguese is a plus Fluency in other languages, like French or Italian, would be an asset Experience in the travel industry or a similar field, event planning, or tourism is a plus Experience in trip planning, itinerary design, and creating personalised travel solutions, particularly for MICE clients, is a plus Familiarity with Instagram is a plus Familiarity with selected AI platforms is a plus Travel experience in Brazil and internationally is a plus We offer Flexible working hours (negotiable), including flexible hours per week (e.g., part-time work available) Remote work from home Base gross salary of 3000 reais + attractive performance commission (salário básico + comissão + bônus de desempenho) Opportunities for career development and advancement Participation in the company's events and reunions
