Strategic Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B key account manager with a background in the travel industry to fill this role.
About the Role:
* Main Responsibilities:
* Account Growth & Development
* In Charge of Existing Clients Within the Assigned Territory.
* Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans to Achieve Sales Targets, Foster Account Growth, and Identify New Business Opportunities.
* Acquisition of New Key Accounts Within the Assigned Territory.
* Conduct Regular Business Reviews with Clients to Assess Their Needs, Address Concerns, and Provide Solutions That Meet Their Objectives.
* Identify Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities Within Existing Accounts to Maximize Revenue Generation.
* Prepare and Present Reports on Account Performance, Sales Forecasts, and Market Insights.
* Collaborate with Product Development Teams to Provide Feedback and Insights from Clients, Contributing to the Development of New Products/Services.
* Stay Updated on Industry Trends, Market Conditions, and Competitor Activities to Proactively Identify Potential Threats and Opportunities.

* Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills, Thriving in the Creation and Maintenance of Successful Long-Term Commercial Relationships with Clients and Other Stakeholders.
* Experienced with Proven Ability to Deliver Results in an Autonomous Working Environment.
* Solid Experience and Commercial Knowledge of the Travel & Hospitality Industries.
* Commercially Good Knowledge of Business for B2B, as Well as New Business Segments and Models.
* Project Management Skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as Working Languages is Required. Fluency in Spanish is a Plus.
