Job Title:
Scrum Master - eCommerce Project Lead
Durations: 10–11 months
Locations: LATAM or Europe – Remote
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery professional to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementation and ongoing support initiatives. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving velocity predictability, reducing defect leakage, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
1. A Agile Delivery & Facilitation:
l Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement reviews/demos retrospectives
Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP blockers
The work will involve working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including the customer service team product development team IT sales teams technical support division etc ,
drive business growth through optimization of existing processes that improve quality accuracy time-to-market while maintaining relationships.
