Business Analysis and Product Design Role
This position is a key member of the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
The primary focus is on Service Sales CRM solutions, but this role also provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications.
The Business Analyst transforms stakeholder visions into functional features, documents requirements, and works closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.
* Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
* Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* A strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
