Our iGaming software is designed for distribution to casino and sportsbook operators across theEU, USA, andAsia.We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure our operations and business activities adhere to all legal, technical and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies. As a key member of the compliance team, you will work across departments to promote a strong compliance culture and help safeguard the company's integrity and reputation.Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory authorities (MGA, Mincetur, SPA, AGCO etc.) Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). Conduct regular audits and technical assessments to evaluate risk and compliance. Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including security policies, data handling procedures, and audit reports. Assist Chief Compliance officer to launch the new project in existing or new markets. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting data privacy,various regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity, and industry standards. Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters. Manage third-party vendor compliance assessments and onboarding processes. Coordinate internal and external audits; respond to audit findings and implement corrective actions. Assist in incident response investigations and ensure post-incident compliance actions are executed.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in compliance or risk/aml management (IT security would be a plus). Previous experience in compliance, data protection laws and cyber security.
