About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and drive customer success.
* Identify key stakeholders and build trusted relationships with customers.
* Enable effective communication to maintain existing revenue and identify new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Translate customer feedback into product insights and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing positions within a rapidly growing organization.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
