Customer Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team as a Sr. Technical Customer Success Analyst.
This is a critical role that requires delivering high-quality solutions to complex support issues, collaborating closely with internal teams, and maintaining strong communication with customers.
* Deliver effective solutions to challenging customer problems.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
Technical Skills and Expertise
* Analyze web applications using Chrome Developer Tools.
* Perform API testing and validation.
* Conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics.
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows ADFS Servers.
Requirements
* Minimum 8+ years of customer support experience.
* Background in ERP/MIS systems preferred.
* Print industry knowledge is mandatory.
