About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Tech Lead - Full Stack (Java and React)
to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you will guide a team of developers in building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring project delivery aligned with business objectives.
This is a
hybrid position based in Belo Horizonte
, with
on-site presence required twice a week
.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
* Define and enforce technical standards and best practices.
* Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalability and maintainability.
Team Collaboration
* Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project progress and risks.
* Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams.
Code Quality & Reviews
* Perform thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentorship & Development
* Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
* Encourage a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Project Oversight
* Plan, prioritize, and manage development timelines to meet delivery goals.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential integration.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and
* Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in technical teams and project environments.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice To Have Skills
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
* Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
* Prior experience in Agile environments and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Exposure to other frontend frameworks or backend technologies.
