The Role
We are seeking an experienced Director to further scale our business in European markets. The ideal candidate will understand hotel chains' operations and technology solutions, providing trusted advice to guide them through the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
* Bidirectional collaborations with regional and local stakeholders (e.g., RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)
* Executing strategic partnership strategies aligned with our growth targets in LATAM
* Identifying co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel industry
Necessary Skills and Expertise:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
* 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
Mandatory Knowledge and Abilities:
* In-depth understanding of the hospitality and travel technology market in LATAM
* Awareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the travel and hospitality sectors
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
* Excellent relationship management skills
