Wherever your skills lie, we’ll help you to learn and develop, supporting you along the way in our inclusive culture.About The RoleThe VMO Manager will deliver the 3YP prioritized projects demonstrating capabilities across different business functions (Commercial, Finance, Data & Analytics and Marketing). This role will support the consolidation of the Value Management Office in alignment with Diageo Brazil strategic objectives. They will provide consistent visibility and oversight monitoring programs within the transformation projects through their lifecycle, leading risks, issues and critical dependencies, and a team of highly skilled managers.As part of the scope, this role will be involved in the design of the 3YP Strategic Project Roadmap in partnership with top executives of the company. The VMO will define and implement supporting capabilities required to lead and track activities to deliver the transformational initiatives, such as Commercial Completion, Commercial Expansion, Tax Reform, Data & Analytics Reshape, and RTn Latin America.AccountabilitiesBuild processes, tools and reports to define and coordinate a multidisciplinary portfolio of critical initiatives ensuring cadence and constant visibility of current and future initiativesReport to BR and LAC CEO, VPs and Directors of the company with a clear and confident communicationCoordinate and lead a strong team of managers focused on different projectsIdentify alliances and overlaps among cross-functional areas and existing critical initiativesStructure the 3YP project prioritization and alignment with cross-functionsDeliver clear and cross-organizational communications to multiplicate the project management capabilitiesDesign and operate the processes that drive planning, coordination, communication, and execution of the governance committees and status reportsAct on roadblocks and remove themClear communication of project value to local and global customersLead resource and capacity management activities in line with financials and organisation capacityMonitor the VMO focused portfolio: drive visibility across the portfolio, providing consistent and accurate insights to portfolio performance and risksProvide project management methodologies and support to transformational projects through training and coaching to project leadersThis role may also directly lead and handle major transformation initiativesCritical CapabilitiesStrong experience in Consumer Products companies and Project Management in the context of implementation/transformation/change management projects across functions and teamsExperience in developing standards and guidelines of Portfolio and Project Management to achieve consistency of deliveryShown strategic judgement and analytical rigor, with the ability to translate strategy into actionAbility to influence, inspire and impact across the organization including leadership team – creating outstanding collaboration and alignmentExperience / Skills RequiredIn Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fieldsIf not from consultancy firms (Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, PWC, Accenture or Grant Thornton) PMP certification is a must8+ years of related business experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or in large scale Program/Project ManagementExperience in handling projects is mandatoryKnowledge of project management/continuous improvement methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) with strong transformation knowledgeImproved customer management and influencing skillsAbility to hold workshops and coaching sessionsExcellent written, oral, presentation and communication skillsEnglish is requiredSpanish is desirableRewards & BenefitsWe recognize and value performance, offering our people a highly competitive Rewards and Benefits package.Diversity StatementOur purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
