Role Description This is a contract-based remote role for a VMware/Broadcom VCI Instructor who is fluent in Japanese. The instructor will deliver official VMware/Broadcom training to students and professionals in a virtual & live environment. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating engaging learning sessions, assessing participant progress, and providing feedback to support skill development. Effective communication and teaching techniques are essential for ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Qualifications It is mandatory that you must hold a valid VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification. Proficiency in Japanese with strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners effectively Solid understanding of course content structure Proven experience or certification in VMware and/or Broadcom training programs Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to different learning styles Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms Relevant teaching/training certification(s) is a plus It is highly desirable that you have already passed the VMware Instructor Certification Workshop (ICW). This 5-day workshop, however we will provide all necessary training to become a VCI.
