This involves working with senior stakeholders, analyzing various business opportunities, and leading execution as a project manager on strategic projects. These projects span across functions such as commercial, operational, and value chain, and across geographies. This role offers a significant career step towards senior strategic or line business positions within an international organization.You will provide professional input on strategic and financial topics to the business and leadership team. You will join a diverse, passionate team focused on consumer insights, strategy development, transformation initiatives, and sustainability. The team is involved in worldwide business activities of the Scandinavian Tobacco Group, with the role based at our head office in Gentofte, Denmark, or in the US (Bethlehem or Richmond). The position requires approximately 10-20 travel days per year.What Will You Be Responsible For?Drive the strategic and business planning process with the Executive Board and senior leadersLead strategic projects, including growth opportunities and group-wide initiativesDevelop and update the long-term strategy, follow up on its implementation, and ensure alignment with divisional and functional plansIdentify strategic opportunities and conduct business analysis to support decision-makingSupport business areas with strategic analysis and advisoryWhat Skills and Experience Will Be Required?With a solid economic/financial theoretical background at the Master’s level, you should have 5-10 years of experience in an international environment, ideally within strategy, business development, finance, commercial areas, or management consulting.
