Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the execution of complex projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical leadership skills and have experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Provide technical guidance and oversight for system design, analysis, and evaluation.
* Collaborate with product teams to drive productivity initiatives and reduce engineering costs.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, software, or electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
* A minimum of 15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 10 years as an engineering manager.
* Prior experience in drilling or subsea systems is highly desirable.
* Ability to develop and communicate clear strategy and action plans.
