* We are hiring experienced US Accounting Managers who are ready to operate as trusted finance partners to US CFOs and Controllers — owning close cycles, financial reporting, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You will serve as a direct extension of a US finance team, leading month-end close and overseeing reporting accuracy for high-growth and mid-market US companies.

What You Will Own
* Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP
* Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
* Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely
* Supervise and guide accounting team members
* Interface directly with US Controllers and CFOs
* Strengthen reporting frameworks and internal controls
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
* 6–8+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
* Demonstrated leadership of close cycles
* Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams
* Strong financial reporting and GL expertise
* Experience working directly with US stakeholders
* ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
* Strong professional English communication
