The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
Our mission in CX SS&CS (Sales Support and Customer Success) is to be a trusted partner of sales and business owners, delivering offer support, customer and business insights and foresights, optimizing sales productivity and efficiency, and providing added value support to sales teams to make it easier for them to sell, win and maximize customer success.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
The Account Operations team is a key stakeholder and keeper of the sales process and its improvements, and its primarily objective is to ensure operational excellence within the account teams.
We work with many areas to facilitate the demand generation and order intake process, while improving internal and external customer satisfaction and experience.
We help team to understand the processes and policies, internally and externally, used to service the clients, and how to efficiently interface with our CRM as single source of truth.
As part of our team, you will:
- Support the Sales Funnel management and first line CRM support for Market Unit Brazil
- Funnel management support includes CRM hygiene and quality assurance, KPI’s monitoring, reporting, presales,
- CRM -SalesForce
- first line support encompasses tasks like end-user support and training, ticket handling, profiles administration, UAT’s (CRM user acceptance tests), end-user communications and call to action, among other
- Being its main Interface the Market Unit Account Operations Manager and all Market sales representatives (as internal customers)
Within your daily activities, the Intern performs delegated tasks with the objective to take over more and more responsibilities and learn all required skills for his / her future job. The main purpose of this job is to gain experience of all aspects of the Sales Operations Area.
- Performing routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines (e.g. assisting other professionals; creating reports).
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems (e.g. performing office duties for a defined area; responding to company queries).
- Analyses factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions, recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.
- Supports transfer of concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.
**Your skills and experience**
You MUST have:
- Currently in the penultimate year of the undergraduate course (4th semester) in Economics, business administration, accounting, electronical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, information systems, systems analysis and development
- Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Motivated and very proactive
- Time Management and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Excellent Excel skills
- Programming and algorithmic skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with MS Power BI, Einstein Analytics (Tableau) or similar technologies
- Knowledge or experience with Python and data processing tools
- Knowledge or experience with machine learning models and implementing them with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or other suitable frameworks
