Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with EPCs, developers, and distribution partners to expand sales coverage of products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the solar power industry, including solar modules, inverters, and batteries. They will design and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets for the country and manage the selling process from forecasting and pitching to product delivery and payment collection for assigned accounts.
The role also involves representing the company in industry exhibitions and conferences, reporting to the sales management team, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in selling PV products and services or in an EPC firm specializing in the PV industry
* Strong knowledge of the solar power industry, including solar modules, inverters, and batteries
* Knowledge of photovoltaic complete solution-related products is preferred
* Strong proficiency in local language and English/Mandarin. Other spoken languages are a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
