Business Analytics Expert
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and owners to gather business requirements and document them effectively.
As a key member of the Agile Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for developing roadmaps to drive the company forward. This includes leveraging reporting tools for analysis like Office and Power BI.
You will also act as a liaison across various areas such as business units, information technology, and outside customers by investigating relevant information and creating recommendations.
Additionally, you will refine Product Backlog Items together with the Scrum Team and other subject matter experts to ensure that the team understands these items at a level necessary for estimation and planning during sprint planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Combination of IT & Business Experiences; Focus Areas include Supply Chain
* Good knowledge of SQL; Familiarity with MS Power BI for Business Reporting & Self-service;
* Prior experience working in Global Consumer Packaged Goods companies preferably in Supply Chain domains;
* Knowledge of CPG market industry trends customer needs help inform product vision roadmap;
