Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced, results-driven Sales Manager
to focus on
acquiring casino, sportsbook, and gaming companies
as clients. The ideal candidate will have
deep industry connections
, understand
iGaming messaging needs
, and be able to drive
new client onboarding and revenue growth
.
You will be responsible for
building a strong pipeline of gaming clients
, pitching our SMS products, and managing relationships from initial outreach to long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage
casino, sportsbook, and online gaming companies
globally.
Present
Raza Engage's A2P messaging products
, solutions, and pricing to C-level and marketing/operations stakeholders.
Develop
custom messaging strategies
for gaming clients, including OTP, transactional alerts, promotional campaigns, and marketing flows.
Close deals and onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring
smooth integration with our messaging platform
.
Maintain relationships with key clients to drive
renewals, upsells, and additional services
.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide
industry-specific solutions and feedback
.
Track
sales KPIs, pipelines, and reporting
using CRM tools.
Keep up to date with
gaming regulations, trends, and messaging technologies
in target markets.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience
, preferably in
telecom, messaging, or iGaming industries
.
Strong
network and existing relationships
in casino, sportsbook, or gaming companies is a major advantage.
Proven
track record of hunting and closing enterprise clients
.
Strong understanding of
A2P messaging, SMS aggregation, CPaaS platforms
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Comfortable
working remotely and managing global accounts
.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
global SMS routes and messaging regulations
.
Knowledge of
online casino, sportsbook, or betting platforms
operations and user engagement.
Familiarity with
payment flows, OTP systems, and transactional messaging
.
Ability to
structure commercial agreements
with enterprise clients.
