**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and making informed strategic decisions.
Job Description:
* Own Teachable Monthly Labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts;
* Support the buildup of labour-related Balance Sheet accounts and Cash Flow statements and own the monthly updates and analyses;
* Collaborate with HR and various teams on workforce planning, analyzing financial data, developing actionable insights;
* Owneven short term forecasting package consolidated by our FP&A team for both management use internally but also supporting Hotmart parent company guidance for funding assurances they need.;
