We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client's Product & Engineering environment as a Scrum Master. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). They should also have experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar, and be able to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
