Job Description:
Covetrus Brasil is looking for a Commercial Manager to join the Commercial team. This professional will be responsible for perform the construction, leadership, management and reviews of the teams of coordinators, supervisors and consultants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish sales forecasts, prepare budget for lines and brands, including the action plan;
- Development of plans for the product lines and designated brands, monitor profitability, sales in value, volume of the lines, expansion of the customer base that ensures strong presence in the market.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, market changes, be aware of new products and the status of the competition, define strategic marketing and sales plans.
- Team leadership
- Comply with the company's policies, procedures and standards.
- Perform other related activities and/or inherent to the position due to service needs or request from the head.
Required Qualifications:
- Solid commercial experience in the animal health and nutrition segments for Companion Animals in Rio de Janeiro
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Administration or related areas.
- Desirable Post-Graduation, preferably in the areas of Commercial, Marketing or Administration.
- Desirable experience with ERP and CRM, as well as with information management tools.
- Category B license
- Office Package Domain
- Advanced/fluent English.
