Customer Success Engineer
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our team.
* Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and best practices for effective utilization of our platform.
* Document technical learnings, common patterns, and solutions derived from real customer interactions to improve our product offerings.
* Transform lessons learned into clear, actionable knowledge for both internal teams and external users to enhance their experience.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and sample projects to support user success.
* Provide timely and effective technical support via various communication channels, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with engineering to debug production issues and prioritize fixes to ensure seamless operations.
* Help users architect scalable and efficient deployments using our partner's platform to maximize results.
* Lead customer-facing technical sessions, demos, and Q&As to facilitate knowledge sharing and address user queries.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a developer-facing or technical support role, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Python and LLM ecosystems is required, as well as experience working with APIs, CLI tools, and deployment workflows.
