Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Video Engineer to join our team. As a Video Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and spotting issues related to video delivery on various platform apps.
In this role, you will analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures. You will also build custom Python scripts to simulate app launch, login, and playback behavior.
You will triage complex issues across the various applications responsible for video delivery, set up dashboards, and configure alerts to monitor the health of the ecosystem.

Requirements:
