The role of Workday Certified Project Manager/Business Analyst is a multifaceted one, requiring strong coordination and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to ensure seamless project execution
* Create project presentations, resource plans, and schedules that cater to the organization's needs
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs to inform data-driven decisions
* Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business growth
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Workday Configuration to support production issues and enhancements
* Review test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain knowledge/response catalog to ensure quality delivery
* Work independently on Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Studio integrations in the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) space, including payroll and end-to-end support
