Job Overview

The Overseas Sales Manager - Feed/Nutrition Direction plays a pivotal role in executing the company's business strategy and annual plan. This individual will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on lucrative business opportunities, while effectively organizing resources to achieve sales targets.

They will work closely with relevant departments to develop and implement regional market development plans, ensuring seamless promotion of the company and its products. Additionally, they will maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and tracking their growth to drive continuous expansion of the company's market share.

To ensure customer satisfaction, this role involves visiting key customers in the region, staying abreast of their requirements, and addressing any objections or complaints in a timely manner. Effective communication channels will be established to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

This position also entails coordinating product trials, technical support, and other initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction with our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

* Implement company processes and systems.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Execute business strategies and annual plans developed by the department.
* Market Development: Collaborate with relevant departments to organize and implement regional market development plans.
* Customer Relationship Management: Establish smooth communication channels and maintain customer relationships.
* Customer Service: Coordinate product trials, technical support, and other initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
* Sales Expense Control: Comply with sales expense management regulations and expense budget indicators.
* Interdepartmental Communication: Establish necessary cross-departmental contacts and communication to ensure timely information sharing.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the enzyme industry.
* Strong understanding of all company products and services, as well as the company's operational model.
* Excellent sales etiquette, with the ability to grasp customer psychology and effectively utilize sales skills.
* Able to think from the customer's perspective, possessing strong sales abilities.
* Good communication and coordination skills, with a calm, initiative-taking, and responsible attitude.
* High work enthusiasm and good team spirit.
* Ability to withstand pressure and adapt to new situations.


Requirements

Our ideal candidate should possess:

* Biochemical Engineering Background: A bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering or a related field is essential for this role.
* Enzyme Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the enzyme industry is required.
* Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of all company products and services is necessary.
* Sales Skills: Excellent sales etiquette and the ability to grasp customer psychology are crucial.
* Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills are vital for success in this role.
