* Lead the implementation of a design system in coordination with the design team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent English communication skills.
* 5+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering with React.js and TypeScript.
* A proven track record delivering web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
* A strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-impact user interfaces. Key responsibilities include developing rich, performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and Shadcn.
Additionally, the candidate will build and maintain reusable components and front-end architecture to support renewing the growing product ecosystem. The candidate will also lead the implementation of the design system and UX layer in coordination with the client's design team.
