**Agile Team Facilitator Role**
Objective:
As an Agile Team Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices within our Product & Engineering environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for a professional with experience working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* At least 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* SAFe certification.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional).
