Job Overview
As a Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key projects across various technological tracks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing projects to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly delivery by collaborating with technology teams.
* Working closely with customer stakeholders to guarantee that project scope is well understood and documented as per defined standards.
* Leading teams across technologies and fostering a productive work environment.
* Collaborating with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure quality control procedures are in place to maintain high delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a delivery point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
* Attending service/project review meetings with customers and management.
* Adopting customer-specific processes and methodologies.
* Proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks.
* Ensuring project teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Establishing and monitoring Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as performance metrics for team members.
