Position Challenges
You'll be responsible for leading the development of new products (refrigerators), solving factory and field-related issues, and driving improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to engineering excellence.
This position requires two-month period travel to Korea availability for training (December to February).
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with HQ R&D teams on design, testing, and product development
* Co-develop parts with local suppliers and lead technical meetings
* Prepare reports on product development, cost reduction, and performance
* Solve factory and field issues related to product functionality
* Monitor FFR and process defect indicators, lead improvement projects
* Manage KPIs, service provider activities, and R&D team performance
* Conduct presentations and align with senior management and global stakeholders
* Plan and execute cost-reduction initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimization
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
* Solid experience in engineering / product development and refrigeration technology
* Experience as a Project Leader
* Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and 3D prototyping tools (Inventor, Solid Edge, CAD)
* Strong leadership skills
* Advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
* Technical course or post-graduation in project management or related areas (desirable)
* Valid passport (for international travel)
