The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end import operations, high-priority customer orders, and internal operational processes to ensure smooth, accurate, and reliable business performance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency, particularly within a food import and supply-chain environment. The Supply Chain Manager will also provide operational and administrative support to the CEO as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including import coordination, supplier communication, freight forwarding, and customs documentation
* Oversee high-priority customer orders to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and 100% customer satisfaction
* Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies before they impact customers or costs
* Maintain accurate records in NetSuite for orders, inventory, shipments, and vendor bills
* Track and reconcile import costs, freight charges, duties, and multi-currency transactions with high financial accuracy
* Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within areas of responsibility
* Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and operational reports
* Collaborate professionally with suppliers, freight partners, customers, and internal teams
* Provide timely operational and administrative support to the CEO, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-ups on key action items
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* At least 2 years of experience managing import processes, ideally within the food industry
* Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.G., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
* Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
* Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
* Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.G. Time Doctor)
* Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
* Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
* Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
* Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.G., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
