Agile Team Facilitator
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies. As an experienced facilitator, you will be responsible for guiding one to two Scrum teams in their daily activities, including Scrum ceremonies and team meetings.
* Facilitating Agile Ceremonies: Ensure all Scrum ceremonies align with Agile principles and facilitate collaboration among team members.
* Team Guidance: Provide guidance and support to one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, ensuring they adhere to Agile best practices.
* Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with an enterprise Agile Coach to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing team performance and delivery.
* SAFe Implementation: Assist in the adoption and implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across multiple teams.
* Impediment Removal: Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments impacting team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), familiarity with SAFe certifications, and experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
