Role Overview
We are seeking an Agile Practitioner to join our Product and Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles. Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team. Collaborate with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery. Assist in implementing and adopting SAFe practices. Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments impacting team progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback. Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums). Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a strong plus. Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts. Experience working with distributed, global teams.
