We are looking for a highly experienced SAP WM/EWM professional with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics Execution, and cross‐functional SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP implementations, international supply chain processes, and interface management across global teams.
SAP Functional Expertise
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with eight years working with SAP systems.
* SAP WM / EWM expertise.
* SAP LE (Logistics Execution).
* Experience with IDocs, Interfaces, EDI, SAP PI.
* Two full lifecycle SAP implementations required.
* Development and maintenance of Supply Chain functionalities with focus on physical distribution, warehousing, and intercompany sales.
* Solid experience in systems analysis, solution design, and configuration.
* Ability to identify functional gaps and collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications.
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations; international experience required .
* Prior experience with SAP Warehouse and Sales & Distribution modules preferred.
* Comfortable working in self‐directed environments and leading cross‐functional project teams.
* Monitor IDocs interfaces; troubleshoot and resolve IDoc problems.
* Understanding of EDI, SAP PI, and 3rd party logistics integrations (3PL, WMS, CHEP).
* Support Business Unit requirements ensuring SAP configuration, development, and interfaces are maintained.
* Work closely with business groups and application developers to support SAP ECC 6.0 and all related Supply Chain interfaces.
Process, Documentation & System Support
* Conduct business process analysis, documentation, and presentations.
* Translate end‐user requirements into detailed functional specifications.
* Interact with users across sales, order processing, shipping, logistics, credit, A/R, finance, etc.
* Re-engineer business processes when necessary; strong capability in process redesign.
* Develop complete functional requirements including business impact and ROI.
* Coordinate and support system conversions and data transfer activities.
* Develop procedures, processes, and guidelines focused on quality and efficiency.
* Skills in testing and evaluation of new ERP system functionalities.
* Production support of existing ERP functionalities.
* Troubleshoot and fix transaction errors with internal users, customers, and EDI vendors.
* Conduct, coordinate, and be accountable for testing, user training, process documentation, and system validation.
* Documentation ownership: Requirements, Design Specs, Testing, QA.
* Provide SAP technical support for enhancements, new processes, break‐fixes, and 3rd party interfaces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
* Work closely with local and international business groups.
* Assist Key Users in managing Work Requests (development, enhancements, production support), including:
* Initial request assessment
* Evaluation of need for additional assistance inside or outside the team
* Following standard procedures for cross-team collaboration in Supply Chain
* Provide support for cross-functional requests while working on Supply Chain tasks.
* Experience with international trade, 3PL, warehousing interfaces, standard orders, 3rd‐party drop‐ship.
* Demonstrated understanding of standard SAP-delivered process logic and process flows.
* Participate in project work management, work request planning, and schedule creation.
* Occasional domestic and international travel required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 8 years of SAP experience.
* SAP WM / EWM expertise (mandatory).
* Strong SAP LE, IDocs, EDI, and SAP PI experience.
* Secondary skills: SAP GTS / Foreign Trade, functional ABAP familiarity.
* Strong Supply Chain acumen, with international experience.
* Proven capability in business process redesign.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex system and interface issues.
* Strong documentation skills across requirements, design, testing, and QA.
* Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
* Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
* Willingness and ability to travel when required.
