The analyst will provide functional and technical support for SAP applications, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and system performance.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Provide first and second-level support for SAP applications and related systems.- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within SLA timelines.- Support SAP Fiori applications and assist users with navigation, access, and functionality issues.- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.- Assist with basic SAP ABAP troubleshooting and integration-related support activities.- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when necessary.- Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures in ticketing systems.- Participate in testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.- Deliver excellent customer support to internal and external stakeholders.MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS:- 1–3 years of experience in SAP support, application support, or IT service desk roles.- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP integrations, and basic SAP ABAP concepts.- Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).- SAP Certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate is a plus.- Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
